Dr. Shin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, including family dental practices, mobile clinics, and international mission trips. These experiences have shaped his compassionate, detail-oriented approach to patient care.
He provides comprehensive general dentistry with experience in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics. Whether providing preventive care or more complex treatment, Dr. Shin is committed to creating a comfortable, positive experience while helping patients feel informed and confident throughout their dental journey.
Fluent in English and Korean, Dr. Shin enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and creating a welcoming environment for everyone. He is a member of the Chicago Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry and is dedicated to continuing education and staying current with advances in modern dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shin enjoys exploring new places, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
